My experience with Eyeon property inspections has been seamless. The staff members (Sue and Karina) who has assisted me with the strata report for our first property been great to deal with. They are very fast to respond and deliver what they promise. Their communication with their customers is key and they will keep you informed every step of the way. We had a few questions which we were unsure about after reviewing the strata report, Sue and Karina were able to provide further insight to help me get the information I need. I will be recommending them to my friends and would use them again in the future.

I am very happy with the report from EYEON. It provided good information on issues to look out for that I would not have known about. He informed us that the pitch of the roof was too low for terracotta tiles and that was the most expensive issue to fix. He also balanced that by letting us know that things like wood rot timbers which we were concerned about wouldn't actually be that expensive although it looked bad. This was exactly the advice we needed. Will use again for the next potential purchase and recommend to others.

I don't have any suggestions for improving things because you all seem to have this covered. I do have some nice things to say, which is unusual given that I'm dealing with real estate agents and lawyers at the moment and have nothing nice to say about any of them! Firstly, I hope Eyeon is a good employer to you, because I've been really impressed by the team. I think I've corresponded with three staff in customer service and you'll all been so responsive to every email and every request. The follow-up well exceeded my expectations. Fingers crossed there aren't too many more strata reports in my future, but if I need to commission my own again I'll be coming back in your direction.

I found the team at EYEON property inspection extremely friendly and helpful. The inspection was organised for the following day after my phone call and a comprehensive report was emailed to me the same day as the inspection which I found amazing. Wayne who did the inspection was extremely thorough. I only had a couple of questions which he happily discussed with me over the phone. I would highly recommend using EYEON property inspections to anyone wishing to purchase property.

It was my first strata report so I have nothing to compare it to. I liked the fact it was fairly comprehensive and it was not too expensive. I had a few questions and your staff quickly resolved them, got hold of a recent AGM minutes and summarised them for me. I thought it was a good service.
 

Using EYEON's report gave me an important insight about an attractive property I was seriously considering buying, and was under pressure to make an offer on. Fortunately I was able to gather it was not a good buy for me, based on issues raised in the report, and to walk away. As a buyer, without the skills to conduct a property search/inspection myself, I would not have had the information I needed to make a good decision, without spending a considerable sum of money.

The report was excellent: in less than 5 minutes, it helped confirm the decision I had made to not proceed at auction. I had my doubts before, but wanted to make sure that I wouldn't regret purchasing if it went "cheap" (it is a foreclosure). Frankly, I think the previous owner was smart to walk away.

Great to be able to obtain the report and really helpful to be able to speak to the person who prepared the report. This helps in confirming an offer on the proposed property and ultimately, resulted in withdrawing the offer on the property - which was still a benefit in terms of saving additional costs and time on this property. Well worth the cost and a valuable report for sure.
 

Quite helpful to have this report available prior to purchase. Yes, we did organise a second inspection, as highlighted by the first report, however the purchase moved along a lot quicker. Well done!
